VIBRATION ANALYST

We are currently accepting applications for a Level II (or level III) Vibration Analyst. We will consider a highly experienced Level I if the applicant is able to pass the Level II exam within 6 months of initial employment.

Applicant must have a strong mechanical background (engineering degree is preferred but not necessary), as some field troubleshooting will be required.

Applicant to be qualified in field balancing.

MECHANICAL and ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Electronics Technician/Customer Service

We are currently accepting applications for two service technicians.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent in an Electronics related field.
  • Five or more years experience in the following:
    • Analog and digital fault isolation and component level repair.
    • Reading and interpreting schematic and wiring diagrams.
    • Use of digital and analog testing equipment and soldering tools.
    • Customer service experience.
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Work occasional weekends or overtime as directed by Supervisor.
  • Lift at least 30 lbs. without assistance.

Job Description:

  • Inspection, repair/service, and maintenance of laser alignment equipment, condition monitoring (vibration analysis) equipment, induction heaters, and laser alignment systems.
  • Calibration inspection and data analysis of the above systems.
  • Quality control of serviced equipment and completion of related maintenance reports and other required documentation.
  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, fax, etc.

Regional Sales Manager (Ohio Area)

Job Description

The ideal candidate should be organized and have experience in conducting demonstrations, following up and closing opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales through the company contact management software and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain current client relationships and identify potential clients
  • Establish and contact potential customers to develop relationships and sales
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
  • Research trends and creates new opportunities to increase sales
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales forecasts and profit goals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products and services, and innovate new ways to serve businesses
  • Educate and support clients through training and technical support
  • Attend trade shows and other events to conduct product demonstrations
  • Generate potential leads for future sales
  • Track and report sales in an organized manner
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the team

Qualifications

  • Field experience or a degree is a plus but not necessary to apply
  • 2- 5 years of sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Expert understanding of services and products, and be able to identify new markets
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software a plus
  • Ability to travel in order to do business
