Report an Incoming Repair or Calibration

LUDECA is an authorized repair and service center for Pruftechnik AG products (aka FLUKE Reliability) in the United States. Please note that any attempt to service the components by unauthorized personnel will render all warranty coverage void.

Our service facility includes an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory, certified calibration equipment, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protected repair department.

Should a service of your Pruftechnik instrument ever become necessary, we offer you a quick turnaround time, and if necessary a loaner system or component will be available to you (for shaft systems only).

LUDECA offers repair and calibration services for these Pruftechnik alignment systems and/or components:

• ROTALIGN® PRO
• ROTALIGN® SMART EX
• ROTALIGN® ULTRA
• ROTALIGN® ULTRA IS with SENSALIGN
• ROTALIGN® TOUCH with SENSALIGN

CALIBRATION

LUDECA is an authorized calibration checking facility for Pruftechnik AG products in the United States. Our calibration laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited.

Our calibration service includes:

• Cleaning and inspection of the system, including parts to make sure all are in proper working condition.
• Complete calibration.
• Check system operation, including any preventative repair if needed to make sure the system works as a whole.
• Update system firmware to the current version (if applicable).

The calibration accuracy of Pruftechnik systems like OPTALIGN® and ROTALIGN® should be checked every two years as indicated by the colored label located on the back of the laser housing.
